We strive to make providers service offering as seamless as possible. In this article, we'll break down Bryohm's fees and charges, helping you to have a clear understanding of the costs involved in utilizing our platform.

Booking fee

Bryohm charges a flat 5% booking fee on the subtotal excluding VAT to cover cost of listing your service and the use of our payment system. This fee is only withdrawn once you have confirmed a booking request.

The booking fee is non-refundable.

Service fee

When a customer books your service through Bryohm, a service fee is applied. This fee covers the cost of providing the service through our platform and providing 24/7 customer support to both you and the customer.

The service fee is 8% of the remaining amount after the booking fee as been withdrawn. The service fee is automatically deducted from your payout.

You will see the exact amount you get when you fill in the price for your service when adding a service.

Why does Bryohm charge a service fee?

We rely on fees to help Bryohm run smoothly and cover the costs of products and services that help you provide your services, including:

  • 24/7 customer support

  • Marketing to customers via Google, social media, and more

  • Video conference infrastructure

How much do I get?

If your service is listed for 1,000 SEK, we take a platform fee of 126 SEK including VAT. You earn 874 kr.

This is how we calculate your earnings:

Platform fee 12.6%

  • Booking fee 5% + Service fee 8%

  • The fee is withdrawn from the offering price ex VAT

(1,000/1.25) * 0.126 =
100.8 SEK

Platform fee including VAT

100.8 + 25.2 =

126 SEK

Payout

Offering - Platform fee including VAT

1000 - 126 =

874 SEK

Payout timing

Bryohm typically disburses payouts to providers on a daily rolling basis.

Taxes

You may be responsible for paying applicable taxes on your earnings from hosting with Bryohm. Tax laws vary by location, so we recommend consulting with a tax professional to ensure you meet all your tax obligations.
